fleurys
go to www.sunbeltsoftware.com and install the 15 day free and totally functionnal vipre software. Make sure to uninstall any antivirus/antispyware first. run a full scan.. I use this on all the sub sompanies I managed through out the world...(enterprise version..but still the same core)... KovemaN
What OS are you running?
k9sar
lots of times the problem is that the virus implants itself and that is what you see and delete but the parent program still exists. Use a couple of programs (not Norton cause writers know how to hide from Norton). Depending on the symptoms, I like to use Hijackthis or Malwarebytes
GrimGreg
Yeah, Norton is a crappy resource hog and worthless for "new" viruses.

adamzan
I used a program called combofix to remove a well implanted virus from my cousins computer. Maybe it will work for you.
