DoctorBill
I am getting a lot of mail from people who will supposedly extend any used car's service warrantee (repair warrantee) for some cost. Now, there are TV ads for this same thing. Autofix.com is one I saw today. I cannot believe that this is anything but a scam.... How do they screw you? Have to wait a year ? Act of nature - not covered? Only cover 5% of repair bill ? Have to have the work done by Duee Chaetem & Howe Repair Service in Nowhere'sville...? Have to have them change the Oil & Filter & checkups at exorbitant prices ? Has anyone every tried this type of thing? DoctorBill

nunya
I've had one actually call me once telling me " The factory warranty is about to expire on your truck, we have so and so offer". I asked them if they knew what I drove, their records showed I drove a 98 Frontier. After not so nicely assuring them they're research department is dead from the neck up I told them my truck is a 1988 they still told me if I had low enough miles they would. They were persistant, I will tell you that...
GoPathyGo
Total scam. Costs thousands. Tons of exclusions. Being pursued by various AGs and the Feds. I would post a slick Pezzy/MZ-style "ASK GOOGLE" tinyurl thing but I don't know how to.
