Need to see the mounting side and dimensions to even guess. What load winch can it support? Remember, that is a lighter vehicle...

too narrow IMO. If you want the smittybilt style get one for a mid 80's yota like slick did or a 93is s10 like I did (not finished) both make a great fit for the pathy if you customize the mounting. I'm sure you can find one in a winch style too,

Make that 79-95 yota's, likely even 95.5-04 (Tacoma's) '05 and later are mid-sized trucks.

You would need to fab some mounts, but you could make it fit. Though it would be too narrow for the Pathfinder. If the make one for the Cherokee you might be better off with that. Any winch bumper under $300 is a good deal really.
