It's when a country that doesn't even hold there minors accountable for their crimes, forces me to drive downtown before they close at 4:30 to obtain a $30 Criminal Record Check in order for my 15 year old daughter to be employed. What the heck do they need to see a criminal check on a 15 year old kid for?? Madness. Is she handling money, or something where they're afraid things might get stolen?
