87 Frame Work With 90 Body?

I have heard rumors there are differences between the 2-door and 4-door frames. Can anyone confirm or deny?

 

Even if differences, can a 90 (4 dr) body be placed on an '87 frame? I know the last set of body bolts are different. I can deal with that.

heres a 95 frame if that helps out...maybe some1 has pix of a 2 dr frame (possibly 88 from his strip job)

Isn't there something different about the body mounts under the rear seat. Just remember reading a topic a few months ago about body lifts ...

The rearmost body mount bolts are different from 90-95, but that doesn't necessarily mean the mounts are in a different location. The rearmost bolts are simply larger in diameter than the older (2 door) Pathfinders. I did as many have before me, and bought the performance accessories kit, and added the correct bolts for the rear.

Yeah, the frames are the same for all years (aside from older ones having better steel in them).
