  1. Also, keep in mind shipping $$ and also that paypal takes a cut too... not sure how much, but you will want to concider that when we pay up!
  2. As per above, I'm in for a few diecut as long as I understand correctly what it will look like.
  3. What we did this year is attach the rack to the new Thule bars, so now when we want it off we'll take the rack & bars off all @ once!
  4. I guess you cant mount aftermarket bars to that type of rack?? I have the thule set up, but was interested in that rack, simply for the airdam...
  5. ...alllthough... I have seen someone who took the Xterra rack and added it to the cap on the back of a fronty, so they would have had to trim the front bars so it would sit on a straight level surface...
  6. We all have that... dont worry about it (Unless it changes from 0%)
  7. If you see a done up R50 with the lic plate "PEZZY" in Ontario, chances are pretty good it was me.
  8. Maximus... you joined the board!! Welcome!! And you didnt call it a car in this thread! Very good, youre learning!
  9. Well, the X roof rack mimics the roofline which on our Pathys is completely different. There's that angle/break...kinda like this ______/ know what i mean? The rear part bolts on higher up than the front half. Unless you were to hack it up but that would just compromise the integrity of it. Thats why I switched my stock rack to the 02+ SE rack. Just like the look better but I have not been able to find crossbars. Haven't been looking THAT hard but I figured I'd give it a try. I remember running into a place online that sold them for $48. If I can only remember the place or part #... how much work & $$ was it to switch up the roof rack? A pathy owner on the Xterra board was asking about that type, I told him to join up here & ask... but I havent seen him here...
  10. soo... what's wrong with a lifted car?? You're not hurting my feelings any, I love the look of my truck. I'd like to see my TJM on the front of a car... might look good... heh... ...and just to proove I dont play those reindeer games, I was never keen on the look of the older pathys... Not to say I didnt like then, just nothing ever struck my fancy... but I have found since joining this board and seeing some nicely set up trucks, they certainly have grown on me...
  11. DJ Dank, I like that design, I'll def order a couple if that's the final design!
  12. I know the crossers for the Xterra rack are pretty pricey from the dealer... a few people up here have wanted addl crossers to do light bars, or to replace stolen bars.
  13. Nice matte brown paint job!
  14. I have the 16" x 7" AR 767's which have 3.5" backspace - they fit fine... any wider you may have issues with the tire hitting the strut tower.
  15. Looking at that pic, they dont look the same as what's on the X, the plastic bits on the ends are totally different.

That would be great if it were the East Coast Nissan Challenge... but unfortunately, it isnt... As much as I would love to take the pathy, I have to respect Michael's wishes to make it Xterra's only. It's one guy running the show, and at 83 trucks this year - and it about doubles every year - thats a lot for one guy to take on, esp as an on the side hobby. If he opened it to Pathy's & Frontiers like many of us would like, he'd have an even bigger task on his hands - way too much for one guy and a couple helping hands!!
  17. Where's "Well, it's no R50 front end"

for the most part yes... any non X's were either trail leaders, main sponsors or members of the founding club.

no, but maybe he was trying to find a way for me to agree to one... there was a bit of water in the airbox, but it didnt get past the filter.... There was one guy who did hydrolock his X, on a puddle on the way out, it seemed like a harmless puddle, not very deep. Needless to say, we all took the water a lot slower after that.

Ok, so this is a pathy board, and I'm posting pics for an Xterra only event... but I did manage to get a few pathy pics, Patz300 was representing for us all!! The 18 truck convoy: An ignored sign: SPLASH! (this killed the alternator, and made for mudsoup in the X) An '05 plays in the water: Blackpanther skids in play: I think we made a mark! Getting cozy with a tree (he never did hit it!) PATHY!!! Climbing some rocks: Convoy home (I couldnt fit us all in!) Canada Customs wouldnt let us "import foreign soil" All the pics are here: Wed - Friday: Convoy down & Wheeling in Paragon Saturday: Wheeling in Rausch Creek Sunday: Convoy Home
  21. yup... if my truck was 6 months older they would have fit... 99.5+ have 16"s That's ok, it settled the argument as to who's truck they were going on, he thought he should have them cuz he liked them, I thought I should have them because they were offered to me & I bought them... he won. BUGGER!
  22. I can't answer your question - but do let me know how the install goes, I have concidered doing the same...
  23. how rude!! We bought a set of pathy wheels for mine, and guess what we use them on.... the Xterra - they didnt fit on my pathy.... RUDENESS I SAY!!
  24. MY KYB Struts top out of I hit a speed bump too fast... I've never had an issue offroad - I just have to take the speed bumps & pot holes a bit easier... (I just pretend we still have the lowrider civic! lol!!)
