  1. ooh. cool. My hi-lift got stolen off my Jeep (go figure)... must get another one soon...
  2. HA! I guessed right! It WAS Mookies SAS Pathy! yay for me. God I loved ALL those pics (commented onna couple).. it looked so beautiful there! I REALLY need to go wheeling!
  3. Mmmmmmm.. ok. First off.. blackpanther.com for the "deer killer" and other goodies..there are a couple more sights but I am too lazy to find them... um... intake...are we talking after markety air intake box or intake plentum (the silver thing on top of your motor).... you can get either the exterior "round" air intake system like some of the guys are running (too risky for me in Cali with smog) or, I run a K & N filter in the stock box. Intake plentum.. just pop it off and clean it..but remember to change the gasket when you do. Napa auto parts is the only place I found one. As for your speedo.. hell.. mine hasn't worked since I got my '92 Pathy in '03.... I just wing it by speed to gear/rpm ratios.. BTW everyone.. I now know when I am doing 30, 35, 40 & 65! (thank god for a small town with brand new speed thingys installed..hehe) anyhoo... does any of that help?
  4. I paid $101 for my Bosch O2 sensor...Cali ..ack....
  5. Noiw there's and idea... oh wait.. that's what I have Dave for! He films while I drive.. sounds fair enough..
  6. That's amazing. Some folks just don't care how 'out in the open" they are about this stuff... just to make a few x-tra bucks..... *sniffs*
  7. BTW.. what colors will we have a coice of?
  8. I like the last one better.. but there again.. I already have my stickers.. but wouldn't mind one for the back of my Pathy. I have the NPORA with www.np.com front window and then my sides NPORA N P O R A... too lazy to spell it all out.. y'all have seen my stickers...
  9. Yes. Changed mine in 0.3 seconds..... like Greg said.. DS.. just "behind" (firewall side)where the throttle cable sits in it's 'first" holder...
  10. Yes.. the EGR valve is completely removeable. I took mine off. Depending what ehaders you're installing.. I had a LOT of trouble getting my EGR valve back in.. had to do some tweaking and bending.. think old age had a lot to do with it though... I have Thorleys btw.. and best to lay on the ground for those header bolts towards the back of the motor.. that's where I was....
  11. I change my oil, oil filter every 3,000 miles, spark plugs every third oil change (when I can), but, being as I have only had my Pathy for almost 2 yrs, and put 20,000 miles on her... I pulled the motor in feb this yr and did the h2o pump, timing belt, t'stat, plugs, fuel filter (last week), tires, and a few other things... so now I know what lasts how long and how many miles... routine maintenance is a must.. but if you don't want to get ripped off... try to do most of the work yourself... I always check the brakes when I rotate or am changing sets of tires...
  12. It took 2 of us to man (and woman) handle my 5 spd tranny back into place..but she went with not too much hassle...wiggle here..jiggle there...few cuss words....
  13. If you can wiggle/move the driveline, if the u-joint moves but the drivelines don't... you could have a joint going bad. They make a clunking noise and you cann usually feel it as you shift gears if one is going... does that make sense?
  14. well thank you GG... solves a 2 year mystery....
  15. **gets down on her knees and PURRRRRRAYYYYYYS to the Pathy Gods**
  16. ugh. $2.48 for the cheap poop now...... and using the a/c like a fiend right now = A LOT OF EXPENSIVE TIME AT THE PUMPS
  17. Always turn off the computer before you go to bed! Never know what a sneaky woman will do after you're asleep. Nor do you know what a sneaky MAN will do... Dave is always roaming around NOPRA (he's 100% a Chevy guy) seeing what we wrote.....
  18. Ow. Hope you heal up fast! I have broken almost all the bones in my body... all my ribs n ankles..n fingers..nose 3 times....elbow...ow... I need to stop thinking about that stuff.. and again.. wish you a most speedy and painless-as-possible recovery!
