My truck got stolen out of the pick n pull parking lot on Columbia BLVD around 1pm. License plate AKG-6637. If anyone sees it please call me at 360-912-1840 and notify the police. Bright blue, blacked out windows, black 5 spoke Enkei wheels, roof rack, factory brush guard. I'm posting from my phone so I can't post pictures but I will later when I get around a computer.

If I remember correctly, a pump from a Quest/Villager van was cheaper, smaller, and much quieter than the stock Pathfinder one. It also fits into the carrier without a lot of work.
-
Probably (hopefully not) burned up the pump. Mine's a trooper, I've ran the thing out of gas way too many times and it still works fine at 216K. I'd check the connections on the top of the tank like 5523 said and if those are good drop the tank and pull the pump assembly.

Even then, it's another $35 in lug nuts I don't want to spend.
-
I need longer studs for mine as well, I have Enkeis and I'm not thrilled about the lack of thread on the lug nuts even though it's probably fine. NAPA couldn't find me anything, and Dorman lists only 12x1.5 threads. I would much rather have 12x1.25 as it's stronger and I bought all new lug nuts already.

I might add that the Maxima plenum is the worst flowing one of the bunch, with the MPFI Pathfinder being the best. 216, 492. Finally getting the miles piled back on her instead of sitting around.

When was the last time it had a tune up?
-
The transmission it's self is sealed up front with the input shaft front cover. The rear of the engine is sealed with the rear main seal. Between the two are two plates, with rubber seals, intended to keep water/mud ouf of the clutch and oil from the clutch. That drain hole is there so that when the rear main seal starts leaking, the oil drains out instead of filling up the bell housing.

I took a closer look at mine after reading Sewebster's post. Mine are seized to the bushings as well so the pins, both top and bottom, are rotating along with the bushings and fit very loosely in the brackets. There's about 1/8" of play in there. My dealer wants $3.04 a piece for the bushings, I think I'm going to return the pins and pick up the tire carrier I saw at the junk yard as it was in really good shape.

The rods are already forged from the factory, hence why they handle 450HP without issue.

Good 'nuff.

I think it will. He's got all of the emissions stuff in place and the M30 MPFI is far more refined and controlled than the factory TBI. Everything he's installed is newer than the model year '89 (the law, isn't it?) so it should pass that part, and being a much more refined operating system it should have much better numbers than the TBI ever did. Basically if he needed to he could make it run exactly like a bone stock Infiniti M30. We shall see...

MY1PATH is moving to California in the near future. When he has to go through emissions, there will be a solid answer.
-
Yeah, MY1PATH's.

Nice critter! Kyle take my truck out of your sig...
-
Seems to be that a 10:1 3.3L with Euro cams, e-fan, headers, MSD, and 16bit MPFI puts down 166/190 to the wheels...
-
Quite a few people. I have not personally, but there are some guys in the Z31 world and our own MY1PATH, plus obviously Mr.510 himself.
-
I keep forgetting about that stuff so I haven't tried it yet. Maybe I should, I'm so tired of cleaning and sanding and priming and waiting and yada yada...
-
Found a new mirror, wiper relay, and some Infinity Reference speakers at the junkyard to replace the garbage Jensen things Kyle put in. Sound good for $5 a piece. I painted the mirrors with bumper and trim paint, I wish I hadn't. Now I have to repaint everything else that's old and faded gray... Filled it up a few times and just having my y-pipe remade I gained a little over 2mpg. Nice.

They're 10MM nuts, but when they're rounded off they become smaller. I've never had a problem removing them. If you have a really small Crescent wrench I'd give that a shot but I don't think there's room for that. What kind of wrench do you have, a cheap China made or a good one? There's a difference, I have a Harbor Freight 10MM wrench that is larger than it should be, and one that is slightly smaller.

Not that likely, they're extremely strong but, abuse is abuse... It would be a good idea to pull it apart and look though, just make sure you follow the book to the T otherwise you will ruin it.

I read your post entirely wrong, I thought it had read will an R200 LSD fit the rear (H223b). I was so blunt because that was a very dumb question. My bad man. Yes of course it will, its an R200. The LSD unit goes inside the Pathfinder housing.

No.

Ooohhh LA LA! Well, I replaced a busted out tail light and tore my door panel off to fix my window that got stuck down, that was just regulator bolts that fell out. Then I did some body work to the top of the door frame so the window would close as the track was smashed in and bent the door back in to the body. I slid into a tree wheeling this weekend and landed on my drivers door. Fscked it up pretty good and had no choice but to rip my mirror off to get off the tree. Because of no mirror I backed into a branch and busted out my tail light. First time in 5 years I've done any body damage wheeling. Gonna need a new CV axle too. Then I cleaned the mud out of the inside, need to pressure wash the rest and the undercarriage tomorrow. Spent 3 hours driving around trying to find a good gray power mirror and finally found a place that had one for $35, where I got my tail light from, but when he brought the mirror out it was already busted! Still hunting for that. Course when I get back my mom asks me to tow the trailer full of yard debris off then a load to the dump, hate not having mirrors especially with a big ass trailer.
