  1. Bypass stock. Saves a lot of problems in the long run, especially with the skimpy wiring in these trucks Not very much information to go off of anyways
  2. If you arent in danger of breaking things, then you arent having enough fun
  3. You could put the hood ventl things from the Iroc Camaro hoods. I seen someone do it to a cherokee and he said it worked just fine.
  4. Got the cooler installed, took from 4 till 1am. Had a few little issues on the way, but its all holding together so far.
  5. It's okay man, my truck talks to some of my friend's trucks and then they break down too!
  6. Don't ya just love it when that happens?
  7. http://purenissan.com/new_page_2.htm All that plus the price of a D44, and that price varies. But usually run a few hundred bucks
  8. and Calmini makes a SAS kit...
  9. Oh my gaaawd. I'd expect that many problems at once from a 20 year old vehicle, not an '01
  10. Ooooooooooooooohhhhhhh me likey! I think I just found what I'm doing next...rhino line and gray interior. There's a Pathy sitting at All Truck right now with mint condition SE gray seats. Too bad everything else is trash (was T-boned HARD)
  11. I don't mind the dark blue, but that light baby blue crap is just gay. Sitting in the back seat I feel like I'm in an infant's cribroom
  12. I re-checked the email, and it was actually only $300 I hadn't thought about putting a shift kit in and selling the other one for like...almost pure profit. This could work out nicely...but for now I need a tranny that isn't going to implode at school 26 miles away from home He's also VERY well educated about WD21s...I almost asked him if he was a member on this site lol I'm going to look into the shift kit, for sure
  13. Yup, that's my plan as well once I get enough
  14. Got the tranny hookup going, the same guy offered for me to work at $10/hr for a few days to pay it off, yard work and some cleaning, and i think fix something with the house. Bought an 18,000lb rated tranny cooler today, so with the new tranny and cooler I should be good to go! Oh yeah, tranny had 160k on it before it was rebuilt
  15. dont have enough for it lol first thing i thought about it
  16. I did each piece separately, so yes it still does open. I didn't just blob everything on right there in the truck...that would be retarded lol. I'm probably going to do my lower door panels too...where the hard plastic is below the armrest to the cloth trim line. Might also do the ugly baby blue around the rear speaker and quarter window. Hated that stuff since I bought it
  17. 203k Not gonna comment on the condition of it at the moment What's with the white in the gauges on some of these? I thought they were all nastyass orange
  18. The grit on the rhino liner sure feels good on the knuckles when adjusting the heater! Through removing the plastic around the dash its pretty apparent the good quality it was made from. Different textures, convincing metal finish, and well actually it was attached pretty well, screws and clips, etc. None of that snap off cheap-o plastic mumbo jumbo.
  19. NO. Because now I don't know if its going to do it again next time I driver it or next year... Got an offer for a tranny, wants to sell a newly rebuilt one for $400 I posted a wanted ad on CL and that's what I got...
  20. Maybe, but I think its going to be camo and rebel flags
  21. Lol figured that one out early on. Tranny hasn't acted up once today, but my lifter tick came back. This whole thing is getting really amusing actually...just about everything that has gone wrong, is extremely intermittent. It's horrible
  22. Got bored, my buddy had a bunch of rhino liner (paint on kind) left over from when he did the floors, bumpers, and rocker panels in his bronco. I did the black plastic around the gauge cluster and the brushed metal below that, the piece around the stereo and heater controls, and the hump around the gear lever. Now I'm going rhino lining happy...anyone got any ideas on what else I should do? I'm already going to do my grill, and maybe the rims lol. Maybe the bullguard and spare tire carrier I'll have pics tomorrow
  23. No not yet, doing that today after school
