See I was being nice to the cop...I wasnt being an a$$hole at all...I didnt argue..Just my rearend broke loose when I pulled away...so I got the reckless charge. Then last night I got coaght with them on, but i was in pretty bad weather(they actually really helped).

I have 2 sets of fogs, Niether are wired to shut off when highbeams come on...and I use them along with headlights at night....And both are pretty close to the middle. Just inside of the headlights, and the second set right below. The weather thing I dont know if I'll get away with it for safety issues.

About a week ago I was driving down the road, speeding of course and I got Pulled over. The cop being a real a$$hole decideds, that he wasnt going to give me a ticket for goin 10mph over but instead for having my 4 KC's uncovered while on the road. So theres a 200 dollar fine. Well anyway I was pissed so I Left rubber as I pulled away(Plus I was on dirt and my tires spin pretty easily), He pulles me over again 2 minutes later for reckless driving, I got a ticket and a court date for that. After that I decide that I'm not going to go put covers on my lights because I use them almost everyday for work at home and at work itself. Last night (about 11:30pm) going down the road(same road), The weather was pretty bad up here in NH, Nobody was on the road so I wanted a lil extra light above my 2 sets of fogs and high beams, I turned on my 4 KC's about 5 or so miles down the road, I see blue lights behind me. I pull over, shut my lights off except for parkign lights turn truck off open window and turn on interior light. Low and behold its the same cop as before, He remembered me too, Now I have a $300 fine for having them on while on road. So I now have: $200 fine for lights not beign covered Ticket not sure what thats going to cost yet Court date $300 fine for lights being on Anybody ever have a similar Problem, or wanna loan me $500, or buy my pathfinder????

Actually mine broke about 2 months ago..I hit a rock and ripped the mount off the frame....I just rid off the entire bar and it rides fine and a lil better articulation.

I agree with that one...for several reasons, personal experience says dont mount a 4000lb winch on a truck.

The best solution I have is, my new 31's and light bar...and laugh at the pump as the numbers go up and my account drains.

The ones of the rotted is the 95...Unrepairable!!!(sorry pics arent good came from phone....the frame was repaired at one point before I got it. the axle actually fell out as i was drivign it up my driveway to the garage to take parts off of it. As long as you know what your doing you can hook an amp up to an amplified output from the deck, it wont hurt it, I've done it many times in my own truck and most of my freinds plus where I worked I did alot of electrical work from lights to systems to most aftermarket acessories. If you want a average system you can just run new wires to the speakers, not a big deal takes a little time and thought but simple. If you want something like mine, You will need some knowledge of hooking up systems and making them work right without ruining the whole thing.

I had a klunking noise about 3 weeks ago...its turns out it was the shock bushings...check those.

I completely rebuilt my stereo...originaly I was using my deck plus the pathy amps and it was to much so then I bouight new speakers and subs and 3 more amps. and a sound bar over the rear seats... I have kenwood deck 44wx4 Pioneer 1800w amp for 2 12in jl subs Kenwood 400w amp for rear speaker boxes + sound bar Jesen 300w amp for front speakers and 4 tweeters all clarion/rockford speakers/tweeters Alpine power bock and compacitor 1200 Cranking amp Battery I took out the stock amp that Panasonic thing.(was considering hooking it up ot the tweeters) sounds awesome! I cant run my 4 kcs on the light bar along with 2 sets of fogs and highbeams...eats the battery strains the alt...and blows fuses... But oh well My system is awesome

What about eating up the CV's Ford ate those every few months...The Jeeps both went through ball joints like no tommorow. But I'm goin to look into steering...that was my other concern becasue we all know that the early pathys steering sucks.

I finally have the money to pay for the lift...Buying from AC....I've lifted Ford trucks and Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and Cherokee, They all seem to have front end issues afterwards, Meaning runnign through steering suspension and drivetrain components which arent cheap. Is the pathfinder goin to be the same way becuase this may cause me to rethink my lift...My guess would be that it probably will wear through components just as fast as the ford and jeeps did. What do you guys think?

On my 95 the frame was much worse than that...My 91 was about the same..I wrapped the frame and welded in all new stocl ad it came out to be pretty strong...strong enough to tow my boat(25ft walkaround about 8000lbs dry and empty tanks) and a few other trailers around. I post pics if wanted of before and after.

91 150k stock auto trans runs perfect... and its been beat on.

The chains are also crossed to catch the tongue from hitting the ground in case a jump....I wouldn't twist them..lose of strength. For a Pathfinder, Xterra, or any mid size Suv...Trailer brakes ...either electric or surge...on a tandem or anything over 4000 lbs.

Every NGK plug I have ever bought came with the gasket. From Nissan to Kawasaki the plugs all came with it.

What brands come without the crush gasket (I've never had that happen)?

My gf has a 99.5 with 31's, stock lift... My 91 Stock lift with 31's.....I'm gunna say stock.

I would love to get a free lift.

I was able to take the heat shields off on my xterra.... The way the skid plates sat the almost acted os half&ssed heat shields.

Its deff. the heat shields on teh exhuast... I think all Nissans do this at one time or another.

I'll buy the front window banner when it comes out.
