I'm using a set of shocks out of a jeep.

If I wasnt in a financial crisis I would buy one.

I lifted mine for offroad mainly....In africa running bumpy crazy roads...I would do a ac 2in suspension with 31's.

Update....ecu will be alot easier than I thought...The floor how ever is a diffrent story...I need to patch that now.

I'm doing that TC switch in about an hour.

I just got done with the JGC and frame patch, I'm going out now to look at the ECU, and pull up the carpet and decide where to mount it/ difficulty to get it to that spot. If I wasnt going through water everytime I go wheeling, I would leave it alone, but I'm afraid of sinking in a clay/mud pit and getting filled with water.

I think that mod... would be awesome..I miss the 3.3l sc in my xterra

The torque converter lock up...was interesting to say the least...I'm gunna go and read more into that topic and then try it...???

ho wlong did it take...I have 2 hours to get it in ripped apart and put back together...sometimes 3 hours if the shop is empty.

How hard is it to move the ecu to the glovebox, whats involved in moving it, and how much time should it take....I get 2 hours a day of shop use occasionaly ans extra hour at the end of the day...I have early release. I decided I want to move it for a few reasons I have a hole passenger side floor..being fixed soon I am typically crossing water thats just below the hood line to get onto most trails around here..I have been extremely lucky with minimal water inside I'm terrified of getting stuck in the woods with a wet ecu any help/pics would be appreciated Justin

Jeep coils are bent to the right diameter and ready to go in.....Tomorrow morning....T-bars are all oiled up and cracked loose...should take about 2 hours with 2 guys doing tbars and Myself and another guy doing the rear coils...Would do it by myself but im crunched on time...it has to be in and out in 2 hours....So it shouldnt take long at all...then its my new rims and tires.

I left the hood open over night...I wasnt thinking about rain and tropical storm....The distributor was soaked....

After Hanna passed over...with al lof its rain and wind(still windy as hell)...Pathy got a lil to wet and didnt wanna start....After a few minutes of drying soem thign out she started right up...Just thought someone would find that interesting....

yeh eth steering being hard is a wd21 thing...my sucks....and it squeels after wheeling until i change it....

Correction they are beign put in on monday mornign in the shop....coils are going to lift about 4 inches....they are about 18 inchs, and much stronger than the current pathy spring...pulled on this morning to match them up.

OD OFF, with it on you ruin 4th gear..and it will be shift evrytiem you even tap the gas to stay at the same speed..so leave OD off and eth tran will stay in 3rd and youll have alot less shift 3rd-4th it will only be when you really press down and it goes to 2nd or 1st

Just got the I6 coils they are bigger than mine and just as stong...so they are going in maybe friday morning...

what kind of a price and shipping to 03825...my pathy is sagging in the rear so it needs new coils...the v6 coils should get it level or a lil more..then go with the v8's unless yours are cheap...

i have acces to free v6 springs..i ll haev to pay for eth v8 springs...im thinking ill go with the v6 for now and then upgrade soon after

Why v8 is the v6 smaller or not as stiff

I have coils from a 97 grand cherokee....those are the ones i want right....???
