  1. Haven't been here a while. Andy: Yes it is. A screenshot from TopGear. ac92: Signal lights are only for signals, unfortunately.

  2. Love it! Wish the U.S. models had side markers.
  3. Thanks guys. I won't be leaving such a hospitable family.
  4. Sounds like a fun project...congrats!
  5. Great news guys! I sold my Pathy. Well, that's not so great but it's who I sold it to: my grandpa. He's always liked it and decided to buy it off me. He said whenever I get settled in a more permanent place and have money, I'm always welcome to buy it back. To top it off, he hates automatics and says he might try and swap the tranny out with a manual. Things can't get any better! See you guys around...
  6. Welcome, bud! Hope you have fun on here. Recall? Nissan would laugh in our faces and say to just buy a new model.
  7. Thanks guys. When I get another truck, it will be undoubtedly another wd21. In the words of Arnold: "I'll BE BACK!"
  8. Hey guys just wanted say thanks for all your help and support on my topics while I was on here. It certainly has been a pleasure. I've decided to sell my Pathy for financial and living situation reasons. I have too many cars. That means I won't be on here much anymore. UPDATE: Not leaving for now, may get my Pathy back in a year or so!
  9. Hmmm.damn our trucks are sensitive. I'd like to know how my truck rode when it was new compared to now. Maybe my standards are just too high for a 15 year old vehicle. *shrugs* I'm sure shift220 can relate: Yesterday when I drove to work, the ride was steady and smooth with no vibration/shimmy. This was up to 75mph. Today, when I accelerated to 60mph, I got a slight side to side shake and at 68mph a lateral bounce bad enough to make the hood shake. New TRE/centre link, new tires (balanced twice), new bearings, but worn lower ball joints. Those are my last resort to try to fix my problem. More money, more stress...GRRRRRRR!!!!!
  10. Sorry to hear that. Shimmy seems to be our way of life on here...I've spent over $1,000 trying to find the fault with mine (my shimmy was random as well) and it still goes crazy sometimes.
  11. I'm pushing it on my wd21. At nearly 130K, I'm still on the original shocks. They are so soggy-feeling in "comfort" mode I have to have it in "sport" all the time.
  12. Nice truck! I was bored one day and looked at that same posting on autotrader. I was jealous since the paint appeared to be so much nicer than mine and it had leather/heated seats. Looks just like mine before I put my own touch on it.
  13. ^Right back at you! Merry Christmas! Be safe all and hope you all get what you wanted.
  14. I'm sure Nissan can get you one but people on here say you can get them easily at most autoparts stores. Just bring in the old one to match it up. I tried to get one at Autozone, but the one's in stock were wired differently and didn't allow the fogs to function at the same time. I haven't put much effort forth since then to find one that works. They are around $12. Maybe someone on here can chime in on a store that carries them.
  15. Here's the relay circled in red...mine doesn't have the screw holding it in.
  16. That's what I figured. Thanks for the replies guys!
  17. My fogs don't work either. It's the relay on my rig. Sounds like it could be the same on yours. I can get mine to work by unmounting the relay and banging it on the firewall or with a hammer. Might want to try that.
  18. Hi, this may be a dumb question with a one word answer. I'm looking at buying a stock brush guard from a guy on craigslist. Eventually, I will want to do a body lift. Will the brush guard still fit with a body lift or will I just be wasting my money? Thanks!
  19. VG30e engines are quite quick...as long as you're heading down hill...and all the passengers lean forward...and there's a tail wind...
  20. I think my speedo or tach are off because here's what I get...
  21. I've discovered that unsprung weight makes a difference. Just by downsizing from 31x10.5 tires to 235/75 R15s, I noticed my rig is a bit more peppy and the ride isn't as jittery and nervous. I think my MPG is better too. My buddy changed out his stock steelies for some forged aluminum rims that were about 5lbs lighter per wheel and that thing felt like a rocket afterwords...well maybe by Pathy standards.
  22. Similar to what wheelmanLS1 did but this is just paint on the cluster bezel...
