The GR-2's are badassness! I've tried to beat the hell outta them in the last 7 or 8 months & they've worked great so far.

I was gonna be the original guinie pig for Alex's SFD lift (I wheel completely differntly than he does). We started talking about everything back in August of '07 & he's been working on one for me since like December of '07 & he's getting fed up working on my sh!t I figure.

After I ripped one off I took off the others. I don't worry about kicking sh!t up b/c I put bedliner on my lower doors to fix that problem. I have no idea what the laws are here in NC but mine stick way-the-hell out & I've not had any cops say anything about 'em so I guess I'm good to go...

That seems like an ass-backwards comment. The older a vehicle gets usually the more aftermarket crap there is. R50's are just not considered "customizeable" (I might have just made up that term) but are looked at, at least here in the states, as "soccer-mom" vehicles.

I've said it before & I'll say it again, I run 32x11.5 on 15x8 Rockcrawlers with a real 3.68" of BS.

Yeah man I'm on my 3rd battery & I've never had any problems. The 1st 2 batteries were cheapies too!

Thats fine with me. I'm gonna have a bit of help from someone who's already done it a couple of times on Frontiers & Xterras, plus its pretty straight forward (the homemade PVC snorkel is what I'm talking about).

This engine is actually a lot better the the old one. The only problem is that I can't get the SESD light off. Oh well, I'll just get a PO Box in FL & register it there (no inspections). I aint hitting up anything until I get a couple of things done: building a snorkel, ripping out the carpet & Herculining the floor, building a new front bumper, skid plate, sliders, etc. But yeah I'll be up for some easy trail running until then!
