  1. Finally got around to ordering UCAS for 2" lift. Now need rear coils and ball joints. Also found a ped in the seat belt cover assembly. Not sire how one ever got there haha
  2. I had mine made at lowes when I damn near cracked my original in half (damn old stiff locks!) Both of my keys however didn't come out perfect, the first would unlock it but gridded against a tumble making it even harder to not break, the second just has its hang ups every now and again. I've since greased the locks and the key only gives me trouble once every 10 to 15 times but nothing big.
  3. I recommend looking into the app AllTrails. I posted a forum topic about it in off topic. It can show you trails in the area or your choosing
  4. In the Cedar ridge area the wheeling is pretty easy I have found so far. Keltz mine road is gone passed half way. I hiked the remnants of the old trail till it completely died off. In order to get out passed half way you would need 16 inches clearance or be willing to dig out the burms forrestry made if you were that he'll bent to get further out and blaze a new trail. I should add the trail spiders off many directions that are well traveled that range in difficulty. Almost got stuck twice in a flooded mud pit on a turn. Mount Elizabeth is not its former glory anymore and has been gravel ed 90 percent of the way with pot hole like ruts. You do have some boulders to play around on that forrestry put up. Estralita drive is pretty rad, a few spots with deep ruts to straddle depending ding on your lift and tires or you can decide to flex through, pretty big mud pits spanning the entire trail for 10 or so feet (when I went flooded). I went out till the road "ends". Planning to go out the rest of the way this weekend to the true end and I'll update how the rest of the trail is there. Trail to table top mountain is also a good one, deep ruts and mud bogs since it is well traveled. Short trail but fun and you have a hiking trail at the end 108 I have been up only one trail so far that I don't know the name of. Led straight up to a shooting range with ruts and boulders. I'll let yall know more this summer when the pass finally received opens Lastly in Cedar ridge area there is jupiter. Jupiter spans freaking everywhere and I'm itching to get out that way. Going to try to head out there this weekend as well
  5. I'm not really sure where to put this in the forums so mods feel free to move it where you feel it would be best however a smart phone app called AllTrails will show you any off road (only listed though not as great as a map) trail near you or what area you decide to search. Not only limited to this you have hiking, biking, horseback trails and loads of others. A good way to easily check out surrounding areas you have not been to and find new trails, see pictures and what others have said about it.
  6. That's what I was thinking as well. I don't see why it wouldn't be fine so long as you kept your Vin. Just something I heard, figured I'd ask for clarification
  7. Sonora is my home town! I'm planning on heading up sonora pass once it opens back up but for now I'm checking off the trails on cedar ridge and surrounding areas
  8. Also I love the paint! Clean rig, I wish my 92 has been appreciated as much. I'm rocking plastic dip over sun fade till I have funds for paint
  9. I have seen a few members offering to run Vins at work to let others know if they have SE or XE. I would look up the for us SE vs XE for 95 wd21 and message the guy that offered. Old post but maybe he (or possibly someone else on this particular thred) can run it for you. If nothing else just ask your local auto shop to run it, I'm sire they would do it for free
  10. Look into the VG33. All the information you need is already on the forums here and the engine is just as bullet proof as the VG30E
  11. I agree with everyone else, look into some skid plates, off trail you'll thank yourself later after coming hard on a rock or going over fallen trees
  12. That plastic is a joke. Popped my door this weekend to lube the door lock and that might as well have not even been there at all haha. I think my previous owners cat got to it or something lol
  13. Did you just drill and rivet back in the Vin? I have not really looked into this much but when I did I heard the legality of it was questionable
  14. Thank you for sharing. My ignition seems to be slowly going out where I have to jiggle the key to turn over so I'll have to look into this problem.
  15. Yeah I heard about that after awhile of coming up without any Cherokee lol I can't deny that they look good though and have an awesome selection for mods. Where we scrape for what we can get
  16. It is a 4x4 community/store. The website for it is actually in my opinion pretty cool. Interesting articles and let's you know when members are having a meet up to wheel and what not. I think it is pretty rad at least and reminds me a lot of this site/forum
  17. I was thinking about using India ink for a permanent black stain without stiffing up the flooring as long as I can find bulk cheap. I'll have to check out the paint for seats
  18. Looking to revive this topic for ideas. I was thinking about going the old route of Mexican blanket upholstery for the seats to offset all the red
  19. Is anyone else a member of overland bound? Just curious and slightly want to see a bigger pathfinder presence there haha
  20. Honestly I was looking for either a Jeep Cherokee (#1) or a 4runner but everything I found was either not 4x4 or automatic when up came my pathy. I couldn't pass up an 800$ deal so I bought it. It is crazy how much these trucks grow on you and if nothing else you gotta love that VG30E
