  1. Somewhat on topic- Took the Pathy out for a Joy ride through North GA, riding through the Chattahoochee National Forest. Put in over 200 miles, along with a few miles hiking around too. Crossed several creeks. One got a little interesting as the road afterwards got really muddy and I wasn’t wanting to play like that today, but there wasn’t anywhere to turn the Pathy around, so backed it back through the creek, which just happened to be the deepest one I crossed. As I traveled back through, the truck stalled just as the back end got to the other side, leaving the front of the truck dead in the creek. I thought I may have hydro locked the engine at first, although I knew this couldn’t have been since I took great care to ease back in. Luckily I got it cranked back up and backed the rest of the way out! Decided no more creek crossings for the day! All in all, a great day. The foliage is starting to turn. May be another week or two before it peaks out. Several trees have already shed their leaves for the year though.
  2. Very well may be. Very hard to see when it’s coming towards you, I know that! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Thanks! Really appreciate it. I learned all too well the hard way when I lived in FL years ago about the blue lights! Had a show truck and put blue corner lights on it. Got pulled over multiple times! My plan is to really just sport them when parked or off road, although I have seen numerous vehicles here in GA with blue lights of all different kinds, including very blue headlights(not the cool white that look a little blue). 4. Replaced the round flood lights behind the grille with some blue ‘Raptor lights’. Lights are LED lights designed for boats. Built a bracket from plastic angle wall “corner covers” used to protect your sheet rock. Funny I had multiple immediate reactions to them at the one store I stopped by really quick this afternoon. 5. Nice. Looks very similar to what mine did before I sprayed it last year. Even has the same wheels! I'd say you did pretty dang good for $1k. Sent from my SM-A102U using Tapatalk

  8. Finally got around to touching up some of the under carriage and adding some red accents. Cleaned up and sprayed the rear axle and painted the lower and cross suspension links red. Going to remove the spare tire chain at some point. Should have done it while down there. Have a little touch up to do to clean it up a bit. Going to remove the nerf bars and get them cleaned up and sprayed tomorrow. On the front, I switched out the headlights to black housing version, the winch cable to synthetic and added a hawse fairlead. The headlights I ordered were supposed to have the clear reflector, not amber so a little upset about that, but oh well. I'll cover it with black or red vinyl possibly. Next and most likely final things to do is replace the exhaust from headers back and completr some engine tune up needs. The belt squeaks when first turning the truck on for the first 30 seconds to 1 minute, sometimes longer. More recently, it has a metal squealing sound every so often too very brieflly like a pulley may be causing additional friction. It all goes away once the engine is warmed up however. Wondering if it may be the water pump starting to go. The tires also rub ever so slightly when turning, so I'm going to make some lift spacers out of aluminum to add 1/4"-1/2" to clear them. Hope this doesn't blow the CV axles when using 4wd. When I switched to OME springs, the front is not quite as high as it was with the spacers I initially had, so I'm hopeful it will be good since it's on springs and the spacers will get.it back to the previous lifted height. 22. I appreciate the feedback and agree with both of you. I originally smoked the taillights to give it a contrast to the silver paint. Now that it's painted, I have thought of changing them back or even getting some aftermarket euro ones. Just don't know how the euro ones would look on it though. Also going to switch the front headlights out to the black lens ones vs the ones I currently have that are sprayed over. Just waiting for a deal on them. Mjo, are they ever really done? Lol. Really the only other things I have planned to do to it is clean up the under carriage spray it black and add some red accents to it tastefully, build a skid plate for the front to protect the radiator, clean up the engine bay/engine & re-route the intake to help protect the engine when river crossing and possibly build a swing arm tire carrier. My current rear tire setup was a temporary solution from the start, but will be the way it is for some time while I think of a design for the swing arm. Other than that, I don't plan to do too much more to it. Maybe some engine enhancements to try to increase the HP a little, but nothing crazy. Sent from my SM-J327P using Tapatalk
  23. Spent part of the day re-badging. Blacked out the rear emblems and added a nismo badge. Also made a one off side body decalto replace the ones I had on the glass, creating an entirely new R50 trim level- The Nismo expedition off road trim package, lol. Really digging the flat black/red contrast to the new color. Sent from my SM-J327P using Tapatalk
  24. Finally got around to making some slimline nerf bars from the stock mounting hardware and 1-1/4" steel pipe. I primarily.made them to deflect rocks and road debry. Hopefully they will protect the body a little over having nothing at all. Also got part of the bug out kit and rear tire rack back on. Sent from my SM-J327P using Tapatalk
