I don't know if anyone heard this yet, or cares, but Extreme 4x4 on spike tv is going to do a straight axle swap on a pathfinder next season! I think that would be fun to watch. Obviously if you've done it already, you might not be too interested, but just thought I'd throw it out there.

I go down a big hill every day coming home from work and always throw the pathy into 2nd with the AT. It keeps me right around the speed limit (25-30) and I don't have to ride my brakes. That's about the only time mine's not in drive.

just watch out for kma. I ordered one on the 17th of june and still haven't seen it. they said it would take 6-8 weeks and its been 3 1/2 months. when i asked, they said "We've got a couple of orders ahead of you yet. Should be coming up shortly" wtf? sorry, not trying to thread jack you. is there that much of a difference between the 97 and 00 bumpers? i'm not real sure, but if they have different part numbers, I would imagine there is some difference. otherwise they should just be called "96-03" bumper and caps or whatever you know?

That thing is pretty "neat" but doesn't seem that it would be too useful though. if it was cheaper, I might think about it. but i don't want to pay $95 for something that's just "neat"

I think I used arial black, but I heavily modified it in paint while looking at the pathfinder logo on a spare tire cover online. These are the things I do at work at night instead of, you know, working and stuff. haha

I based this off of my "beerfinder" logo that I made a while ago, it's pretty close to the pathfinder font.

I think I'm at like 83k now or something (I'm driving the 240 everyday while it's still nice out). My pathy's just a baby compared to most of your guys rigs! haha She'll be getting about 3-4k more real soon cause I'm driving her to AZ again. It's a long haul but it's nice to have my own vehicle when I'm home. Plus there's lots of wheeling to do there not so much up here in ND.

I don't know... In arizona, it's a lot different. All the mexicans want to turn az into northern mexico, it's getting ridiculous because they're getting away with it! The signs are turning from miles and mph to km and kph and it's moving farther and farther north every year. More and more billboards are in spanish. As a teenager in high school (96-2000), I was BY FAR the minority as a white kid, and yet all of the "minority" scholarships went to the latino kids. When an immigration vote was coming up, a bunch of them all marched waiving mexican flags, and had signs all in spanish. It's just ridiculous. I know tons of latinos in Tucson that are legal immigrants to this country, so it can't be that hard. It's just easier to hop the border, get on welfare and mooch off of a government that they aren't supporting through paying taxes like the rest of us. Sorry if you don't like it, but that's my little rant.

My pathy has always revved high when starting in the cold, don't know the rpms because my tach's been out for quite a while. It always seemed pretty normal to me. Although cold here is like 0 degrees down to negative insane!

They said they were going to work on getting a VG30E setup, but I haven't heard anything. All I see on there is the VG30I.

I noticed that my hood shimmy's a bit at highway speeds, no noise though. I just figured it was the ghetto rigged spring I put in it so the hood would pop up when I pull the release inside.

I drive an XE wih some pretty nice options like power windows/locks, alarm, chrome wheels, etc. But it seems like the se has even nicer stuff like the adjustable suspension, fog lights, etc. So I voted SE.

My other "ride" was a not running '66 Plymouth Fury, but I just sold it. So for now, my other ride is my mountain bike that I never ride anymore. But I'm saving up money to buy a fast car with a manual trans that I can wrench on and make faster. sly Probably a G35 or an STI or something. But it will be a while, cuz those things are $$pricey$$.
