  4. Yesterday I seafoamed my engine, changed the oil and put a new fuel filter in. I decided I'd go to Amherst and buy some new plugs that we're on sale (NGK Double Platinums) . Bad idea, I came out of the store with a $100 bag of goodies and went to start and ba ba ba bah bah bbahhhh, no fuel pressure again. So I started my usual investigation and it led me straight to the fuel pump, after buying a hand full of over priced tools from CT to get to the pump I got it out and she's finally dead, I ordered a new one $160 has to come from Montreal so it's going to take two days, the rubber seal is stretched slightly and I didn't want to pay the $25 so I didn't order it. Is there a trick to read using the seals once there been stretched? Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

  6. I'm going to fix the line, put a new fuel filter in and then I need to check my line that supplies air Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
  7. OK, pump works fine, when it decides not to start I just have to take the gas cap off and it will then start, I looked underneath and I can see the fuel line I spliced into is leaking a bit but more so I think she's getting air in the line or not enough of... one or the other, Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
  8. I didn't buy it, it was junk Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
  9. I'm going to pick it up today, it only has 177000 km so I'm assuming it's a worthwhile investment just to have a spare engine, transfer case and transmission in my yard. Mine has 330000km and running strong but I know it ain't easy finding parts for these. Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
  10. Wondering if this is inside or outside lock before I order my parts today thanks guys and gals Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

  19. Hey peeps, I'm having an issue with a no start situation, vehicle started being starved for fuel a couple weeks back off and on. Yesterday she died on the road while driving. So I'm trying to diagnose the issue, we removed the fuel hoses at the fuel pump and nothing, now I'm wondering how to check for power without blowing myself up Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk

  21. She just shut down on the road going easy same as always. Wont start, I can't hear anything in the gas tank either so I'm thinking it's the fuel pump. How can I know for sure without tearing it out of the tank? Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
  22. I think I may have done additional DAMAGE when I neglected to replace the REAR upper and lower link Control arm bushings. I can feel there's play in my driveshaft. I'm no mechanic but I think I could manage to replace these if I had the part information, I know there's a reference on here somewhere for the rear suspension part numbers / diagram, Could use that info. Also any tips on getting the OLD BUSHING OUT and how to get the new one in? So in total I'm hoping theres no seals or other bushings that may be damaged because of my neglect, the vehicle is still driveable but I'm weary of how shes feeling and sounding with the noise of play in the drive shaft, somethings loose. Any help would be great. Thanks
  23. I have had this issue since I got the ol girl over a year ago, I've neglected the issue due to cost and now am faced with more problems. U-Joints are bad now and I'm hoping I didn't damage any seals or anything.
