Some states have flat roads and some crowned. Here in tx its all hard crowned. In ohio it was flat. Had to re learn how to align cars again! Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Yup. Also yoyr caster is like mine. If it still pulls id recomend lower control arms or bushings. Front wheels are back a little but not bad. If it tracks good roll on. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Im bottom mounting mine with a bolt on skid. That way int stays stock. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

I have a water tank going in the space made of fiberglass so it wastes no space. Once its comple i plan on a big how to thread on it. Super cheap and easy. Also can double for fuel if so inclined Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Ive found a wrecked 01 local for a steal. If i end up with it the 97 will get sold off as a toy and a serious build will commence. I like tge 3.5 soo much more Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

I only have the spacer lift and 33s on it now. I made some spring bushings for a extra .5 inch up front too. Im wanting 35s by spring so im teetering on how im gonna get there. First off is a custom rear bumper tire carrier and roof rack for all my gear. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

So ive been thinking. My 97 is a great truck, but before i dive in too deep am i wasting time? Ive learned alot from yall, and am thinking i got the wrong truck. The facelift r50 hss the 3.5. And im worried about power. Ill be moving onto 35s and a sas at some point but dont want to do a engine swap. Is the 3.5 that much more in power? How about dependability and ease of repair? Also ill do a doubled case so gearing is not the issue. Just a thought before i start cutting and get too far. All my parts will swap thus far so no wasted $$ if i do this. Thanks guys.. Just back in from the weekend. As it turns out a seal on one piston was bad and it let a piston seize up. Just happened that it showed up after my axle swap. I stayed up late trying to get it to move and finally got it working. Of course once we got out there my buddys new xj had the rad explode during check in. Looked like a bomb went off. So i missed the event to help wrench on his rig but got some nasty river bed rock action in. Finished two trails i was told not to try cuz that little nissans not built for it. Guess my question is are these known for this? And does the abs need bleed if i clamp the hose and hone out the piston bores? Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

So i swapped in some new cv shafts today for tomorrows all day scavenger hunt at our local wheeling park. Now my front right caliper is hanging up bad. 10 min drive and its pouring smoke. I took it apart and all looks great. Any ideas? Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Dont forget to change the speed resistor. 10 bucks while your in there for cheap insurance. I sealed up my whole box and cleaned the evap core and now my ac can give ya goosebumps at 102 outside. Well worth the contorted act of a 6'2'' 320lb man under the dash for two hrs. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

I agree. I dont like adding weight without use. So one i decide the area i need to protect ill work on material best suited to it. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Ive bern into anything with wheels my whole life. Ive had very few stock trucks behave like this one. All it has is some used bfg 33 at kos and it was following built jks on over 35s around all day long. Had winch out once but i kinda planned that to test the homebuilt bumpers limits. All held up great. I def need some belly armor however. Rocks in texas are sharp!! Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Had my first hardcore outting today in the nissan. Im pleased to report it blew everyone away with the trails we made it down. My buddies pipe buggy had a fuel pump fail, so we piled in the nissan and made it down a few level 4 trails and some nasty 3s with huge climbs. Ill retreive pics from my friends tomorrow. Its funny how you dont get pics of your own rig as your busy keeping it together.. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Yall rock. Thats wayyy to high for my taste. 1K for a gear set too. I must find a low buck alternative... Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk
