Use flrurys spacers. Super solid. To fit 33 the front fenders need trimmed and rear quarters need rolled. If you want to keep tge body uncut use 32s. They will clear. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

You dont want tge standard kit for this. A radiator hose pick is heavy duty. About 6 inches long. Those pics are about 2 inches. Great tools, just not for this. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk -

My latch failed on mine. Also had a bent rod somehow? I guess i take for granted this seeing as how ive had to do it for years in the bodyshop. Once the hardware is off and you get what you can with the hook tool, muscle it straight up. This will shear off tge trim clips( and a few mounts). Nothing some good superglue and baking soda cant fix. Its super tight. Pretend the trucks on fire and its the only way out. The post carnage pictures! Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk -

Oh. My buddy used a rad hose removal tool on the edges. This helped break some clips loose Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk -

I used two of us to pull up till All the clips sheared off. It took force. I expected to have to replace the panel but i got away with it. Bidy shops do the same thing. Only usually break it. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk -

I just did this last week. Pull the weatherstrip. Then you have to remove the trim panel. I broke tge clips but got it off safe. Then i reached into the latch and moved the trigger to open the door. My latch was bad. Not child lock. But same remedy. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk -
If in doubt, throttle out!! Thats why i bought steel. So i can mend em. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Im kind of glad i have not built the armor. Now i know what i need and how bomb proof it needs to be. The factory gas tank skid took a beating but held up well. The rear control arms on the other hand not so much. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

I tackled some level 4 and five trails. The wheels bend during a two mike long rock river bed trail. Lots of drop offs over 2 ft tall. Ill give tge pathfinders this: in all my years offroad, ive never seen a stock version go like this truck. I have 2 inch spacers and bfg33s. Thats it. Everyone with rock buggies and 60k dollar jeep builds thinks i some kind of wizard. Lmao. I do have lots of seat time driving serious rigs in some of the wildest trails but this truck is either magic or nissan was way into unbreakable design. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Got to do some hardcore wheelung this weekend. Lost a rear bumper and exhaust. Bent three wheels and a trans crossmember. And removed four or so logs off each tire. It was a blast and im going again next weekend! Better get wrenching! Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

I also reccomend everyone use an angle die grinder to clean up the edges. These are cheap and very handy Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

I buy regular fine tooth hack saw blades from ace hardware and cut them into 4 small blades. Super cheap and cut way better tgan harbor freight blades. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

They better be. Im a bodyman by trade and my buddies would wear me out if it was off! Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Its a air body saw sold at harbor freight. Snap on sellem for 200, china made was 20. Im running 33x10.5x15 now. I have a set of 35x$2.5x15 mud terrains i plan on running for hardcore wheeling trips and run the 33 inch ATs for everyday use. I have it set to runn the 35s using only fleurys spacers and springs. My goal was 35s and a very small lift. I will be trimming the rear soon as well as making a new lip up front to keep it strong. Its way too flimsy the way i have it now. As far as my oil leak goes!...i have a crank seal and sleeve kit but am waiting till i do my timing belt/alum rad swap to install it. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

I reccomend buying one if you dont already have one. Sawzall is to bulky to get nice cuts with. Always lay out the cut in tape. It helps to not peel up paint if you care about that kind of thing. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

Also with air bags, tuning the pressure can get you what you need for load and not be a brick. I know what you mean with them full. Terrible off road ride. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk

OME springs and good KYB shocks should do it out back. Also remember that by changing tire pressure from 36 to say 28 off road helps softening the sidewalls and smoothes out the ride. Us rock crawlers go down to 12 psi or so to help traction, and on the trails its squishy for lack of a better term. Cpl less pounds and i bet the ride is improved quite a bit. Struts and shocks have little to no bearing on load handling. Thats what the springs do. Depending on the situation you have a cpl choices. Swap springs with a stiffer rate. Meaning it takes more force to compress it. Also you can buy some that sit taller offering some lift making the distance to bottom out further. Air bags in the rear may offer you the best result. You add air to carry the bigger load and once thats done simply let the air out and its back to stock. If your drucks due for shocks do it at the same time. Any quality part will do but dont go cheap. I prefer kyb myself. Used tgem on all my cars for years. I myself am a huge guy. 6'3 and 345. I carry a ton of gear and three kids offroading. I bottom out some but never at any speed or id add bags to my pathy. Hope this helps. Sent from my LGMS395 using Tapatalk
