Nice, pretty cool they chose a Pathy

I think the living would be a grater threat than the dead so I would definitely fortify the PF. Bars on windows, cover the windshield with sheet metal except for a small strip along the centre. Don't wanna have them walkers break through the windshield when you plough through them. The vehicle should definitely be off-road capable so you can go where others can't.

Hahah in Dawn of the Dead, they don't swim, but they walked on the ocean floor lol. I hope they can't run like they do in World War Z! I think I would definitely mount a dozer blade or plough to the front of the vehicle to get through hordes.

Ok so you don't like zombies...got it.

This thread is a result of the "what do you always have with you" thread that escalated to epic proportions and got derailed. Hence this thread is being created to bring the other back on track and set your creativity free in this one. So let's hear/see what you would do to your pathfinder to survive a zombie apocalypse. What would you pack? Which modifications would you do to make it more survivable? As much as I like the show the Walking Dead, I hate that they usually just drive a Hyunday elantra.

This brings another thread idea to mind...how would you prepare your pathfinder for the zombie apocalypse? New tread?
-
Yeah totally...I get pinned down in firefights all the time. If only I had gold bars to deflect the bullets and redirect them at the shooter....and then ride my shark with lasers and chop everyone's head off with my sabre, which I also always keep in my pathfinder.

R50 Best Modifications; What Are Your Favorite Mods?
CDN_S4 replied to CMyles's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Nice. The MM should look real good with your silver rims. Wish I had bough my duratracs at CT at that price!! Maybe I'll pickup 2 more for my trailer. -
R50 Best Modifications; What Are Your Favorite Mods?
CDN_S4 replied to CMyles's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Very nice. Single most distinguishing and favorite mod for me was the rims and tires hands down. Changes the entire rig. Lift is second most important. Real nice STI! You have good taste! I love the rims you picked for the Pathy. This should be a good one! -
Does anyone else have a slight dashboard rattle coming from the passenger side? It stops when I apply light pressure to the front of the dashboard on the passenger side. I actually alleviated some of it by sticking coins in the cracks LOL, but this squeaking isn't going away... Does anyone else experience the same thing? And have found the source and solution to this? I understand that it is old and stuff but I just can't stand dashboard rattles/ squeaks. Rant ends. Thanks

what movie do you live in?! Lol

Getting there....

Next on my project list is to make my trailer as capable as the truck. Which BTW I am very impressed with. Hauled full loads of hardwood uphill off-road and it never even seemed to struggle. However under that load the trailer tires look like they are about to explode, especially going over all the stumps and debris and rocks etc. so the plan is to upgrade the axle and bolt pattern and use my old OEM wheels that are wrapped in 30" Goodyear Territory's.

Ahhh much better!! Did you buy that Cherokee?

Wow...scary with a tow rope

Yeah I used black duck tape to thicken and soften the connection between the plastic trim and radio. The shifter doesn't it the mic. But it's close.

Pics of R50's vs pics of squirrel's surfing or anything unrelated to our vehicles is quite a difference. The other thread is for all pics of any sort. This is a place to just show off without having to make your own owner thread or whatever. Anyways I don't know why this should even be an argument as if it needs a justification to exist.

Yeah that's the chainsaw mix along with the bar and chain oil. Wanna keep any smell or leaks outside instead of soaked in the carpet. Plus, LCF!!! Lol

That's random picture...could be of anything. This is a picture without any specific context of the members' R50's!

Mounted Fleurys skid plate!
