Nice man lets see some pics! yours is not street legal? -
Thanks for the valuable input! Should I just throw a locker in the rear and be done with it? I guess the R200 in the front would be nice but its my daily so it may be more cost & trouble than its worth... As for lockers in the rear what would be the best bang for the buck? or would that even make sense for a daily driver / weekend warrior? Thanks again!

Also those cats are only 2" in diameter? not sure if that is correct for the headers / exhaust... http://www.amazon.com/MagnaFlow-339004-Stainless-Universal-Catalytic/dp/B00BF2YUB2

Saw that you have the same setup as I do... did you have to do any welding to get your gibson exhaust to connect to the muffler? also I see where the Y pipe is on the thorley headers that it needs weldin too is that right?

Just unplugged mine and the issue got much worse........ I guess it has to be either the wiring or the ignition switch. -

whats the reasoning for mixing and matching parts between the VG30 and VG33? why not just swap the whole thing or would that not fit? I'm a newb so never did one of these swaps! would the headers fit the vg33 heads without issue? -

that is an option but the keys I have are so worn down that it would be nearly impossible to duplicate it... I have a feeling they're not OEM. -

yea I understand...just seems to be a pain to remove... and the loose key is annoying haha -
Ever since I swapped to royal purple 10w30, and the engine is cold, the engine makes more noise when I start it up... truck has 160k miles on it so I figured synthetic would help (and it normally does) but this time the engine just doesn't sound as happy.....

Mine has an alarm but I dont think its factory... not sure where to look to disable it? I'd like to keep the keyless entry system though.... Is it worth trying to replace the ignition switch? The key is pretty loose though but replacing it requires new keys that would be different from the doors... -

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007QGT34/ref=oh_details_o09_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This is what I put in the rear diff... it didn't seem to change anything.... the issue was happening before the fluid change and is still there.

I'm trying to diagnose the same issues here too. I took it to autozone and unplugged each relay and the issue did not go away until I unplugged the big gray one on the drivers side. With the relay unplugged of course it did nothing. The autozone guy was nice enough to let me try a new one in the socket and the issue was still there. They tested the battery and it's 100%....so I guess I have to replace my ignition switch now? ugh..... really hoping to not have to replace the starter again. -
