Ok, I'll try with replacing belts. Are those belts' part numbers correct for my vehicle (2003, 3.5 automatic, 4x4)? [11950N] BELT-POWER STEERING OIL PUMP [11720N] BELT-FAN & ALTERNATOR [11920N] BELT-COMPRESSOR Should I order any other parts (necessary or recommended) to replace together with belts?

Engine in my car need few seconds to start. When it is started then loud noise of belt is heard. Sometimes the noise is short like on video and sometimes it takes even ten seconds. The noise is coming from the left side of engine block - just like on video. Probably I need to replace or tension a belt - but I don't know which belt. Would it be enough to tension or is it better to replace a belt with new one. Can the belt cause a long time of engine startup? I replaced spark plugs last month and there is no improvement in starting up. I think that this situation is worsening from month to month because previously the noise was heard only with first startup during day. Now it is happening almost every time.

Before and after, just not finished...yet..

devonianwalk - I have a question on your brush guard. Is it strong enough to protect the car for example in case if you hit another car on a parking lot? Or is it just a decoration? I am looking for something like this for my wife... -

My Pathfinder was modified and now it runs on LPG gas and regular fuel. LPG is half cheaper than gasoline but there is no decrease in power. -
Recently I was pulling out a car stuck in a mud. Our rear towing hooks were connected with rope. Other guys said that if I was stuck then it wouldn't be safe to pull me out by pulling front holt (little hook). So I want to ask if it is safe to pull out Pathfinder by front hook (that with RH only sign)? And what does "RH only" mean?

Recently I was trying to replace lights in the instrument cluster panel. When I removed the panel then I found a half smoked cigarette behind steering wheel column.

How to disconnect harness on throttle body?
Darek replied to Darek's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Ok, thanks. -
I wan't to replace spark plugs. I have already done it at the passanger side. I am stuck at the driver side because I don't know how to disconnect that green harness on throttle body. This harness is blocking access to the spark "hole". Thanks in advance for any suggestions how to remove it.

How is your roof basket attached to the roof? Is it removable?

along came pathy 4WD CONVERSION DONE!
Darek replied to shift_love's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
Is it normal that rubber bellows around strut does not cover whole strut? My rubber cover is broken and mechanics that I visited suggested to replace it with new one. (sorry, don't know how to make this image smaller with resize) -

I am impressed by your skills - shift_love. You did awesome job with the car. I like your cargo basket currently I am looking for similar. Do you know how much does your basket weight (more less)? -
What is missing? So, the purpose of this holes is to use them as a ground point?

I just noticed that theare are two missing screws in engine body. Is it normal or maybe previous owner did some repair? Here is a foto:

I put the car on a higher incline than previously. Also I set maximum heater temp and power. The car was idling for about 20 minutes with some 2000 RPM. Now it is much warmer inside. Thanks.

There is about 0 F degree (-20 C) outside. The cabin heater is set to 90 F but the air temperature is rather low. The air temperature from the heater increase when I accelerate but it decrease when I slow down or stop on lights. Coolant level is on MAX position. Engine temperature gauge shows that temperature is ok (little below medium position). Engine is 3.5 V6. I tried to bleed cooling system but it did not help. Then I covered radiator with a piece of cardboard but it did not worked too. Any suggestions what should I check next? This is how I tried to bleed the cooling system: I parked the car with front wheels on a curb. I removed the radiator cap, it was still full of coolant. The coolant level in the reservoir tank was about Max line. I set temperature control to 90F with no blow (in manual mode). Then I warmed up the engine and kept 2000 RPM from few minutes. Some coolant leaked out from radiator but it was still almost full. I squeezed hoses and some air bubbles appeared, but only a few.

I am from Poland and Pathfinders are really rare here. So the choice of parts is very poor. From the other side shipment from the USA is too expensive, it is not affordable to ship parts from there. I wonder where do you buy parts in other countries of Europe?

Hi all. I am from Poland, Europe. I have just bought my Pathfinder in October. Last weekend I went for my first little off-road. Here is a picture of my car.
