howdy 92 4 door pathy just hit 300000 km yesterday shes got a bad rms leak, welsh plug weep & a dead alty(getting done today)

yep give it ago how ever if things go bad again give wholesale automatics a ring in Melbourne they have heavy duty valve bodys pre made for our rigs on an exchange basis along with t/c lockup up kits if you do any real off road work illd also look at a trans temp gauge to see what going on long term best of luck nathan

try a bottle of LubeGard Red get it at bursons auto its about 20 bucks a hit, i gave it a whirl in my 92 auto worked as advertised better shifting etc

my poor old girl is in the shop either dead lifters or something worse sounds like a death rattle though not nice seeing it flat bedded away...! if its not worth fixing the old vg30 ill go a 33 swap i recon the rest of it is real nice shape for its age

Could be related, probably not.>> was it stalling/stumbling before you put this in ? you can get a nissan consult code reader for odb2 fairly cheaply off ebay usb or Bluetooth from memmory the port is located in the passenges foot well behind a panel dont quote mw though !! do you know what timing its running at some lpg installers will bias towards lpg or petrol it may be they set the timing to +20 deg wich may make petrol run like crap although not sure whether heat will influence, it may be possible the ecu is making it rich or lean from the o2 sensor

depending on the type of the lpg system you have there may be a petrol cut off solenoid valve installed(as well as an lpg ) to cut off fuel in an accident if that is installed check for earthing and condition also make sure the primary fuel safety switch is operating. cheers nathan

it s just a moisture barrier, it should just re stick after you pull it back, if not a bit a contact adhesive will hold it

ha we get slugged around $5.80 a gallon here in adelaide luckily im on lpg (autogas) at around 3 bucks a gallon atm put new front hd shocks on looks like the oldies where orig nissan jobs lol ordered a b&m trans cooler of amazon

just a old paint restoring thing works quite well , got some on sale t repco (white and blue) quite impressed with the white on the old 96 pulsar not so great on the pathy but still better than what it was.

not all today but the last couple weekends i've re carpeted front to back , found & fixed an oil leak (drivers valve cover gasket) , s/h 15*7 80 series performance alloys and new 31 10.5 r15's, removed pin striping, cut, polished & color waxed, new wd21 round center console, fresh oil and k@n oil filter . next round: to do: front d and stabeliser link bushes front and rear kyb shocks, radius bushes rear d bushes and front wheel bearings

the day after i pick up my 92 4 door i was cleaning it out and some thing hissed at me .. the PO must of been a prankster he had a rubber motion sensitive snake set up under the front passengers seat after changing my undies it got tossed with a few expletives he also had created the mother of all rat nests of a sound system install ive never seen the like of again
