    Okay..its just set in stone..there's nothing to do about pathys CEL.. 100$ goes to the person who figures it out.

    Pathy deserved itself a new 800CCA battery..compared to its old 525CCA..its TONS better. it even cranks over a LOT quicker. :) Then traded my old battery for a steel rim mathing my truck!

    Pathy is just falling apart..found out my lower intake was cracked..so had to replace it..and it still has no power! hopefully just a dirty gas tank...

      lower intake manifold cracked? wow i never heard of that...did you reset the ecu (unplug battery and leave truck for 30+ mins)

    Pathy thought spending just a little on it wasnt enough..it wanted all of my money..so..instead of new brakes and rotors..new brakes, rotors, calipers and brake fluid!

      You can probably remove the steering snubbers, though I dunno if the CVs would like it. Plan B: put a Waggy front axle in the back. 4x4x4 FTW!

    Seafoamed the pathy! You definitely get a lot of looks when you're smoking up the whole neighborhood.. but its doing better!!! :) Now to test my maf and injectors!

    So i flexed out the Pathy to the most i ever have before..the rear driver tire was barely/if even touching the ground...so when i went to back out, the diff made a LOUD noise and barely wanted to move..so i kept on and t eventually backed out..but what was that??

      With Kove...it pulls on the cables and tightens up the drum...may have broke one of the loops that holds the cable too

      I cut those loops on mine. They were in the way.

      Actually..i think it was the parking brake catching..coz shortly after i felt a snap and it pulled out fine..i just looked under it and see the cable is now snapped..oops? Now i need cables on both sides..Thanks for giving me an idea on what to check :D

    So..a D21 pulls up beside me at a stop light..what happens when the light turns green? somehow we stay completely even with each other... it was actually highly amusing knowing things the guy driving it probably didnt know.

      Some do. Most have the 4 cylinder. Either engine, a Hardbody is normally quicker because they are so much lighter.

    So..rear diff fluid began pouring out as soon as i pulled the plug..doesnt that mean its full/overfull? would it being too full cause the whirring noise i hear around 35mph?

      I suppose it could froth the fluid making air bubbles that reduce lubrication? just a guess though. The noise would be from wear on the gears though... does it do it with the popper amount of fluid?

      true..well..i let it drain out (assuming it would be the right thin to do since it was so full, and the noise is definitely a lot quieter! its still there..but a LOT quieter. i dont even see how you can really even overfill it..

      If you stay in the same lane and have someone behind you, you can drift to one side a little bit and the person behind you usually follows. the closer they are the better

    Talked yet another friend out of a Jeep and into a Pathy. Only now he thinks i should lift mine when he lifts his...

      Go for it, the 2" AC lift really made a big difference on my 96. Good job on talking him out of the jeep by the way, he'll be much happier in a nice, comfortable Pathy than some old rattle trap jeep!
