If you have manual hubs, you can use 2WD low anytime you want. Just leave the hubs unlocked and shift 'er into 4LO.

1. No. 2. No. 3. No, but it won't make a noticeable difference. Mine's got the tensioner pulley and belt removed. No ill effects. The rubber belt doesn't have so much tension on it as to do anything to the crank or balancer. The engine will be fine. Removing the compressor, lines and condenser will definitely lighten up your Pathy, but not by as much as you might think. Maybe 50-60 lbs or so. From the vehicles I've owned and removed AC from I've found no difference in power, but it can't hurt.

If it were only your rear diff, it'd make that noise regardless of clutch position. Your problem is in the transmission, transfer case or somewhere in the crossmember or mounts. Possibly you have a broken tranny or t-case mount or loose crossmember bolts?

Last time I worked at Jiffy Lube, the machine transferred 14 quarts. And yes, it's a tranny-pump flush, no suction or propulsion from the machine itself.

Since the JGC coils are about .52-.58" thick, you'd need 5/8" or 3/4" heater hose to work with and not be too much of a PITA. Squirt a buttload of silicone inside the heater hose before sliding it on, then let it cure before installing the springs. That way the hose'll stay put and still absorb vibrations.

Yes, it is. Your MAF sensor looks almost exactly the same, but is located on the output end of your stock air filter box. Simply unscrew it, clean it and replace, and you're good to go.

Older Pathys do not come with grease zerks for the UCA's. Actually, none of them do. Earth1: the bushings are installed right. The big end goes on the outside edge of the spindle. Yours are installed correctly. MWS has it exactly right. Polyurethane usually does squeak. The rubber twists instead and doesn't rotate, therefore no squeaks with rubber bushings.
