  1. Got all the parts for the links, will start welding them this week. Will have pictures soon.
  2. Didn't Rugged Rocks used to sell these Adjustable upper and lower control arms for the R50? Has anyone used these to help control bump steering?
  3. My horn doesnt work either. I don't think this is related. Has anyone ever removed a fuse or relay to stop that air bag light from blinking off and on.
  4. Actually I was reffering to the clock spring in the steering wheel.
  5. Could it just be a fuse, relay or just disconnected? I don't remember hearing any cracking when i turned the steering wheel.
  6. Actually the rear sway bar. I'm a bit nervous hauling a large trailer without my rear sway bar attached. I'm going to mod it today.
  7. Does anyone happend to know what the part number is to the clock spring? I can't seem to find a replacement online anywhere.
  8. Man, i just went through that install last week. Nice right up and pictures. I'm currently modifying the rear sway bar by cutting the shaft and welding on an extra 6" of steel rod to get it back to where it's supposed to be. I will be able to get more flex with this mod now. Will take pictures of it tomorrow.
  9. Going out to the desert this weekend which will be a perfect setting to take some pics of my SFD.
  10. Did any of you guys have this problem with the Air Bag light blinking after an SFD install?
  11. I actually took a bunch of pics during the installation for Andrew to use at Krypton Fabrications. Waiting for it to get light out tomorrow before I take a good picture of the vehicle since we just got done tonight. Now I can work on installing the air lockers in a few weeks.
  12. Well it's finally done. SFD is now installed. For you guys that have the 6" SFD installed, I'm going to switch out my Rancho's in the rear, what are you using off road that really works well with this lift? I'm so impressed with the amount of lift i got from this kit. Highly recommended. Fantastic clearance for off-roading.
  13. My friends and I are installing the entire kit this weekend. Adapters will work perfect. Will take pictures and post next week.
  14. You should pull all that crap out of the vehicle and start over. It will sound better. Double din Pioneer with Flat Screen multi media and GPS. Put in some Focals or JBL's. Use good wire and amplifiers. I will post what i did to mine this weekend when it's half way done finally. Still need to install the JL audio 12" sub in right quarter panel. They make subs that are thin now and still pound out the bass. That bose system was crap when I bought mine brand new from the dealer. LOL.
  15. I'm interested in upgrades on rotors, calipers and pads. Like to see what others have come up with on this subject as well.
  16. Wow, you got me thinking now. Nice job, looks great.
  17. It's at cold start 1K rpms. Not severe just very noticeable. In drive, below 1K rpms actually no vibration. Rev engine in park up to 1K rpms after the engine has warmed up, i can feel the vibration. Past 1K rpms no vibrations.
  18. Sounds like the master cylinder. Not hard to replace. Careful with the brake fluid, will eat your paint off. I would make sure your wheels are off as well if your going to bleed the brakes in case you get brake fluid all over which will eat the paint right off those black steelies.
  19. Has anyone experienced vibration through the steering wheel and through the car when it's in park idling at 1000 rpms? Once i put it in drive it goes away.
  20. haha, guess i will take mine off this weekend then.
  21. Has anyone else had these issue with their heat shields rattling while going through a parking lot at low rpms? Has anyone been able to pin point which one typically rattles? I don't want to remove them all since I live in a hot climate.
  22. Here is the link for the lockers. Watch the video. https://www.4x4parts.com/nissan/arb-rd135-pathfinder-rear-air-locker-p-110.html
  23. Thanks for the great write up Rick, I spoke with the guys at Krypton Fabrications and was advised to go with the WJ 4" Springs since they will be sending me some new adapters to give me an exact 6" lift in the rear to match the front. This is the first time they will be sending these through their kit so I will be the guinea pig for this first one. The 4" lift kit is on it's way and so are the springs. I'll take some photos when the job is finally done in the next 2-3 weeks.
