well like said rust is an issue but try to look under where you right foot would sit when driving and see if u got rust there....and from the look of the undercariage he is in the salt belt

its the big wire that powers your amp there is an inline fuse it should be under your hood close to battery

check your amp change fuses it sounds like your getting a draw from amp

I picked up a set of rubber heavy duty mats from a place called murrays auto parts (local) and they are the best, they dont walk or nothing and they are deep enough that when I get in with snow on my boots or mud the snow or mud settles in the mats and then I just empty em out no mess no fuss nada. And they are also nice and comfy for those long drives, best part is that they are heavy and they fit like a glove

how does the wire look if it is in good shape take some electrical tape and taper up if wire looks burt or broken strands then replace
