I might be crazy but I think I remember reading something about pathys having holes in the rear bumper brackets 3" above the stock ones to accommodate for a 3" body lift. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Pics would be very appreciated and ASAP, I'm getting my lift put on TOMORROW thanks.

Where did you find these headers? I can only find Pacesetter for ours.

The instructions it comes with do suck. I've had a kit sitting in my garage and decided not to put it on myself and returned it. Everything on the bottom of it is rusted because its been on the beach its whole life and I don't know how to weld so if a body mount or anything else breaks off i'd be screwed. I'd rather pay the 350 than giving up my whole truck because of something breaking and not knowing how to fix it.

It has a "drop down bracket" that kinda looks like a rectangular piece of steel that lowers the control arms, torsion bars, etc. Check out the picture of all the parts.

If we can't get this working, I have a friend who just started a printing business and they might be able to help out but I don't know if they can do die-cuts and all that.

I've called 8 different off-road shops around here and the cheapest I found was $350 for labor with me bringing them the kit. I can get a Performance Accessories one for around $100. To me it sounds like a reasonable price. Should I be asking them any kind of certain questions like if, or should I say when, something breaks are they going to fix it and not charge me for parts? Thanks.

After I lift my pathy I want to redo the whole exhaust from the headers back. Thorleys aren't made for the 2 dr WD's so I'm going to have to go with Pacesetter. Also what is a good cat, I want to put 2.5 flowmaster duals on so I'm not sure if I want a HF cat because of how loud it will be, or will that even affect how loud it is? Has anyone else done this before? sound clips??

I can get some 32x11.50 Dunlop Mud Rovers for $350 they have a good amount of tread left because they only time they saw pavement was to and from the mud pit. The only problem is I have to get them put on my rims because there off a Samurai and I'm 95% sure they are 5 lug. Is it worth doing after buying a 3" BL? I have heard they last about 40k miles and there one of the noisest mud tires.

everyone keeps talking about cranking the T-bars, aren't you supposed to only do it with aftermarket ones because the stock ones can break?

same thing happend to mine JJ just not nearly as bad and I didn't have flares on it, a few clamps and pulling them the right way put it back to form...some what. It does work but you have to cut.

these are 32"s I don't know how much different the stock ride height between the WD's and R-50's but I had to trim my fenders a good amount, I probably did more than I needed but I go off-roading a lot. They rub up in the fender well in one little spot and it hits the top of the fender when I do go off-road and it's starting to buckle in in a few places, but if you don't do any serious wheeling you'll be ok. They fill the fenders perfectly and it has a nasty look to it sitting low on the wide tires especially head on. :tonguefinger:

a mom and pop store like aaron stated^ and get dual flowmasters with 2.5" or 3" pipe <you won't be dissapointed

If I were to get a suspension lift I was thinking about buying it in parts like coils then T-bars, then UCA's. What companies sell individual parts like this besides A/C. OR should I just save my money and buy the one from Calmini for $750?

I was thinking about a 3" SL too and 6 inches would look goofy with 32's..I don't really plan on spending more $ on tires after just spending 800 in december. I guess 5" would too tho. lol. I think I'm just getting a 3 BL for 100 instead of a SL for 750 and get some manual locking hubs and redo my exhaust from the headers to the cat.
