  1. Welcome! I spent one night in a campground in Reno many, many years ago on my way to California and Oregon.
  2. I hope I can help here, but it's been a few yrs since I did that. Access to those bolts will be on the passenger side around the area where the starter is. Make sure you have removed any build up of grease and dirt around that area as there are bolts that are used to hold a cover on. Behind that cover is the hole where you can see the bolts. If I'm off on this, someone please correct me!
  3. Have a great day Pezzy! Happy B day!
  4. When I was IFS, the Moog components bent worse than stock. Even with warranty, it was a pain to keep replacing them. Now, if the house brand sucks...

    That's pretty cool!
  6. Thanks for clearing that up Grim.
  7. I could have sworn 4x4parts carried them years ago. ...or I'm just crazy...
  8. Have a great day and Happy Birthday guys!
  9. Had 25 days off at Christmas, got bored and bought a PS3. Call of Duty for me!
  10. I don't carry one with me anymore. To use one to lift the Pathy, I have to strap or chain the diffs to the frame, then have a long bar to get it high enough to lift a wheel. Works ok on level ground, but the times I would use it, never, ever on level ground. To much work for this old guy. I just use blocks of wood and my stock axle jack.
  11. That's an old pic! I wonder where that hi-lift bracket went...
  12. Our first lab Kayla. She was with us for 8 yrs before she got sick. Bone stock Pathy! Soho just turned 3. And our newest rescue, Donkey a 1+yr Collie cross.
  13. Hey, Happy Birthday all!
  14. Sounds like the headlight switch. There is a contact for each beam. A common issue with our Pathys. A search of Headlight switch will bring up a ton of threads on this. Like the others have said, a sodder break in the DRL will result in the passenger side light out.
  15. Stupid sleep gets in the way! Yah next year!
  16. Hahaha, the mileage is correct, but I wish it only took 1 day, 12hrs for me. I'm about 35hrs driving when driving solo.
  17. Damn, I'm going miss being there! I had a great time last year.
  18. Happy Birthday guys!! Have a great day.
  19. It really depends on how one has setup their front end. Some can position their axle 1-3 inches forward and not move their stock steering box, while some need to move their steering box, or others use a Saginaw box instead. My first round of steering linkage with the axle forward had me using the Saginaw box. After debugging after a few years, I could have modified the drag link and pitman arm and kept the stock box. Lots of variables.
  20. Welcome! Like your user name too. Wish I could find the old comic strips!
