    WTF was i thinking when I decided to replace my transmission by myself. Shoulda saved money and just scrapped the pos.

      it can be done in a weekend. my lest favorite part of the swap was the clutch lines and master cylinder install. you also have to switch the brake pedal or trim it. good luck you'll be happy you did it in the end!

      I'm the world's slowest shade tree mechanic! I already have done the pedals swap, and have all but the dampner-slave cylinder line installed now. Just fighting to remove the auto now!

      good luck to you my friend. much rather deal with a clutch than torque converter.

    How the hell am I supposed to get a wrench on the large torque arm bolt? The 19mm one where the t-bar meets the LCA.

    So I've added a transmission cooler and relayed my headlights. Wonder what other things need "fixing" that should have been taken care of at the factory. :)

      The tires are off, the front is supported by jack stands.
