CT Pathy
A whole helluva lot of time, lots of beer and at least one friend...oh and a garage incase it rains. And if you are as unlucky as I was a hole in the ground to stick a piece of steel in the ground to winch the body backwards by the tire carrier to make it sit right on the frame.... Spolar93
yeah, i had to use a cum a long and my buddy's jeep to persuade my body to sit right. always those last two back bolts.....
Mr. Pickles
No, you shouldn't really need longer hoses and stuff, but the kit's instructions will cover that. Yes, it can be done by a first-timer, as I did mine by myself and it was my first body lift. No, you don't need new shocks, as a body lift has nothing to do with suspension. Hence, BODY lift, not SUSPENSION lift. Finally, as probably the next 10 guys will end up posting, try searching for something like "body+lift+install" on the forum. MaritimeMan
Statikus did a good write up on the PS body lift. I used that along with the instructions and had no troubles. Statikuz's write up
