FUELER
1. Warn hubs - standard vs. premium - which ones should I buy and why? 2. Warn does not list hubs for the 99 QX4. Does anybody know which ones fit? Truck Spline count part number Pickup, 4 cylinder '90-93 27 28739 Pickup (&. Frontier), 4 cyl '94-01 28 29091 Pickup (&. Frontier), Pathfinder, 6 cy '90-01 28 29091 Xterra '00 28 29091 I dont know what size hub/brakes the QX4 has compared to pathfinder. Also, how large does the hole in the rim need to be?? OR99.5Speed
I would go for the Warn Premium hubs. You have All-mode 4wd, right? Does the 4wd have a 2wd setting? The reason I ask this is I'm not sure if you would break anything or not, of course when in Auto 4wd leave the hubs locked. There should be more people than me who can shed light on this. OR99.5Speed
Qx4 has the standard size brakes that the 1996-1999 Pathfinder has. Dean (XPLORx4) has a writeup somewhere on installing Warn Premium Hubs on his 1997 Pathfinder, but I'm not sure where it is. You may want to search that one. The AllMode on mine has a 2wd setting, so his probably does as well.

Pezzy
I only assume they would be the same at the pathfinders... could you not give your dealer a call and ask...???
FUELER
I only assume they would be the same at the pathfinders... could you not give your dealer a call and ask...??? I went to the local off road shop (Off Road Warehouse) and they quoted $170 for the hubs, $110 for install, and they had no idea which hubs fit the infiniti QX4. The guys didn't seem too enthusiastic about finding out so I just left. Its a bunch of jeep fools there anyways.
Pezzy
lol... from what I hear they are really easy to install - I plan doing my own when I get them... AC lists the hubs @ $145.00 (plus shipping blah blah)

Newton
Not bad prices people! The dealer that I use sometimes, has a sign in the service loby for 96-01 pathfinder locking hubs installed for $495.00. I think I'll do it myself in the spring, when things warm-up around here.
