I was wondering a few things on the XE & SE packages. Was a limited slip diff. offered on the XE if you had the power & convienence pkg ( outer tire rack, pw, ect.), or was that for the SE package only? If you ordered a SE did you automatically get the limited slip, or was it still an option, and how do you find out?? And finally I noticed that my 94 SE does not have the adjustable suspension... was that an option on the SE as well? Thanks for any answers to help me out.

Wow, I guess I will NEVER make the mistake of asking a question again. If you don't have an answer than keep quiet, WTF MZXTREME... And if you read the thread it asked about the adjustable suspension, that's it. You REALLY need to chill. I guess you didn't have an answer to the original questions, so you try to make people feel stupid. Thats great.

Slow down Green, please... The only thing not answered in the link I posted is the adjustable suspension part. As far as I know, that was only on the SE package...

Other than that it seems like a 90% mix and match between the XE and SE package. Things excluded are rear disks, sun roof and adjustable shocks, not to mention better gauges and dual trip odometers. Other than that, the field is open. I'm sure I'm missing some details, but thats about it.

MZ was more pointing out the overlap in threads... That becomes an issue here sometimes and he was just trying to keep things clear. He's a mellow, helpful guy; take it with a grain of salt and give him another chance before you have attitude. Thanks Bud. :beer:

 

Oh, about the LSD, there should be an orange sticker on the pumpkin (which doesn't seem to fall off at all) but the true check is to jack up and spin a wheel. if the other spins the same direction, you have LSD... ;)

Slight overreaction here...chill the hell out.

 

Options were never set as a XE, LE, SE thing. You could extra-order or delete almost any option in any trim level. Many people evidently did. In other words, what you see is what you get when buying a used Pathy, you can't tell which options came with any given vehicle.

mine came with heated seats and mirrors, sunroof, adjustable shocks, LSD, leather, chrome accents, external tire carrier, leather-wrapped wheel, cruise, 31" tires, brush guard and step bars, a/c, roof racks, power everthing, but seats (not even sure if these were available) pretty much everything except fogs :shrug:
