Solid vs split bushings

Hello

I am looking to replace the bushings on my pathie with new Polyurethane bushings

There is a choice between a solid bushing and a split bushing.

Other than ease of installation, is there an advantage/disadvantage in one vs the other?

Does the Solid bushing last longer then the split bushing?

Any input on this would be greatly appreciated

As far as I know, there isn't a difference in wear. Just split would be alot easier to install. I've read many threads about members using split bushings, and havent seen any problems with them.

I've had poly bushings in the front end of my rig for a few months now and they're worn pretty bad to the point of causing alignment issues and camber problems.

That's just my experience though, but as a not be careful when you wheel and try to avoid sliding sideways onto ruts and holes. That'd what got me in the spot I am now
