take it to oreilly (or napa, or?) and borrow their tester. oreilly around here just requests that you give them your license and you test it in the parking lot. that will tell you where the light is coming from.

If it runs fine, my wager is on the O2 sensor.

I second this.

 

I can run 100%, but 50+ for extended time. Trips the light, saying O2 Sensor 2 Voltage High. (new sensor in there too!?)

 

 

Get your code, see what it is. If its the 02, it will trip a Knock Sensor also, but that you can ignore otherwise.

I will get in on That. right bank or "passenger side" bank 1 sensor 2 ftw

 

I have a 96 and thats the one that died on me, its more exposed to the elements coming from the underside of the truck than the driver side one.

Tried to just 'like' it. "You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day" lol!

 

That's the same one that I had to replace recently.
