exhaust manifold question

So I had a new muffler put on yesterday as the old one had three holes in , and the muffler shop pointed out that I have an exausht leak. so I got up this morning noticed that one bolt on the drivers side manifold was not there. long story short I spent the whol day(15 hours) taking various things off so that I could drill and tap out hole for a new stud,

I got everything back together and now I have a high idle and smoke. what gives? can someone point me in the right direction on what to check next? on a good note its not ticking from the exhaust leak anymore. I like this truck but it's pissing me off

I took off the alternator the air conditioning compressor, the bracket that holds the compressor, the radiator , the fan, the fan shroud, and I put all the bolts and items in back in reverse order,

on another note its not smokeing anymore. so maybe it was just some fluids being burned off after removing everything
