purenissan.com and 4x4parts.com

Purenissan.com don't seem to have anything related to "Pan Hard"

4x4parts advertises the following bushings for the Rear Pan Hard:

Pathfinder Rear Pan Hard Rod Bushings

So what are these Pan Hard Drop Brackets? What are used for? Rear or Front?

Send a PM to AK9849cy on this board. He makes and sells a panhard bracket. I just bought one and it is very well made and installs easily.

Do you have a picture of it before and after installation?

What is it really used for? How much does it normally cost?

Bottom right of the springs, they call it a rear track bar backet. Idividually its about $70 IIRC

and looks like 4x4 doesn't sell theirs anymore.

Google is your freind, it can tell you ALL about panhard bars / track bars, 4-link and 5 link suspensions etc...

Heeeeeeey. Right on.... I got linked!

I pretty much cover how easy it is to install the bracket in that link.

And if you're having trouble visualizing what people are talking about with how it being out of spec affects things here's a video that the bracket fabricator, AK9849cy, made for people.

Panhard Bracket Video.

Dollar for Dollar, I'd pick this one up even if it cost more then Calmini's stuff. Better Built.

As far as the holes being off, look how the front half to the bracket is welded INSIDE the rear half of the bracket. Both holes are in the same place in relation to the edge but the halves are offset. due to the style of assembly.

Thx Guys. That was really informative. I did notice on my Pathy that the PAN HARD ROD

was aligned in a funny way. I thought it was supposed to be like that. Now I remembered

that it was that inclined prior the 3" BL.

I'll go ahead and order a Bracket from AK9849cy and install them myself. It is a pretty

easy 10 minutes job.
