unccpathfinder
Just curious if anyone has ever used them for metal and if so please discuss
MY1PATH
I almost did, shipping is the killer if your buying steel. $#!ts just too heavy. I also looked at another place I can't remember that had better prices and more selection. In the end I bought 20ft of 2x1x3/16 C channel for under 60 bucks from a local supplier. I think my online price after shipping would have been !$75 for half as much metal. FYI the price of steel changes every day. So if you get a local quote get it saved. that way that they can look it up if todays price is higher than your quote date (and it will be with gas going up)

adamzan
I've never ordered online from them but one of their stores is 20 minutes away and I've bought quite a bit of steel there.
