1996-2004 have struts. ;)

Cheapest and best are usually mutually exclusive. Lets start at the baginning, do you want to regain stock height and ride or do you want to lift/stiffen it past stock?

If its sagging its probably the coils. The strut it self is a shock and a spring. The spring is what controls ride height and the shock, well you know what shocks do lol.

Kyb gr-2 are a good choice for struts. Just get oem strut mounts if you go that route. If they are sagged you can get new stock springs off rock auto or you can get some HD or lift springs from 4x4parts.com or rugged rocks.
