Where did my Bright Lites go?

Got in my Pathfinder tonight to go to work,flicked my lites and no Bright lights.They worked fine yesterday when I parked it.

My dims are fine,just no Bright ligts.I am at work and it will be tomorrow before I can check,just wanting to see if anyone might know where to look.

Maybe the brights and dims on 2 seperate fuses?

so you saying it could be a contact? I havn't had any issues with it at all.Turned them off one night.next night,nothing.

Headlight switch. I think "headlights performing poorly" is the thread nameEdit... I led Thad he relay mod still in my head.

I had both my brights (bulbs) fail at the same time once. Don't rule that out....

I recently had both low beams go out within minutes of each other. But I vote a faulty headlight switch as well, it is EXTREMELY common.

And cheaper to check/clean them then buying bulbs only to find out it isn't the bulbs.

spot on!! bulbs it was..I even lost a low beam last night on way home and was running one light only.

Always check the simple things first i guess.

Tell me about it. No hi beams does suck. I had the relay issue causing one hi beam to not function right. I fixed it by buying the brightest bulbs Napa had and using foglights. No need for hi beams! I even got flashed when just using lo's cause they were so damn bright!
