getting another pathy

well i just got offered another pathfinder for 200 bucks sadly the trans is going on this one too. but since i dont wanna drive my 2 door during winter i am thinking about fixing this one and maken it my DD till summer and just start collecting parts to convert the 2 door one into a 5 spd.

 

so it does need a little love to make it a DD like the driver side floor needs to be patched nice little rust hole though it needs exausted from the y pipe back. and the front fenders are starting to rust.

 

so what do u guys think should i get this one too and add it to my collection thats starting to grow

If the floor looks like that, i am wondering what the frame looks like.

 

why not buy a truck that has a good 5speed in it? if your gonna part out this 'winter beater' in the spring, it would be nice to have a 5spd right there instead of going to look for another one.

supposedly the frame is good on it. i was worried about that too. i would love to buy a 5spd one but cant find one around. all i can find is people selling 4cyl hardbodies with the 5 spd never a v6. plus for 200 bucks i could easily get my money back in parts down the road or just keep it for a winter beater and not feel bad about letting it sit

you won't get your 200 back so easy if you spend over a grand getting it winter worthy first.

Oh,the t-belt was probly never changed,the tranny only shifts to 3rd and well its a 4 door.
