Cant upload profile pic- Admin help plz!

So I have tried a couple diff photos and they just wont upload to my main profile page.

 

I made them under 100k and smaller then required size. It just wont let me upload and told me to notify an admin.

I've had a couple PM's like this lately... we had issues with the old software with this, and it seems the issues followed us. The only advice I have been able to offer is to make sure you have the right file types & size... but I understand even with these set up correctly, it's not working.

Ill try an upload on a diff computer from a diff house later too. Maybe its an IP issue or something.
