New blower motor blows fuses

Well this has been a huge pain in my ass. So my old blower motor took a nose dive and blow out like 3 months ago. There was red crap inside it and all over my seat. I replaced with OEM part and replaced resistor. The damn 15a fuses keep blowing out, so I put in 20a per my engineer at works advice. Now I have a nice burning odor, which I assume is over-amping of the motor. Could it be possible Autozone gave me a bunk resistor? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

 

 

I would think the resistor is incorrect.
