Balmer
I'm planning a 2" body lift asap but the only kits I can find state that they are not for use on a vehicle equipped with an auto trans. Does anyone know what the descrepancy is and how I wold go about making this work with my auto 'Finder???
Simon
Not a problem. It'll work just fine, out of the box. No modification necessary. There's lots of slack on the shifter cable, as I had no issues with my 3" BL, and there are plenty of other folks with body lifts on their AT equipped Pathy's. Nytrosfinder
Thanks for the info...major relief!!! I got a body lift on mine... no problems at all....The one problem i had was shifting down in to 4x4 Low... the floor gets in the way... so the previous owner (who installed the BL) cut a small portion of the floor out.... only like 3" though... not that big of a deal... Simon
Yep, mine as well. Forgot about that issue, though, it relates to both MT and AT equipped trucks.

Kingman
You can get a 4x4 lever from a D21 (Hardbody) and use that since they sit higher off the frame already
kiwipete
This is all that was necessary for me when I did my 2 inch body lift.
