beastpath
So while I have been working on my truck today I noticed something that needs to be fixed. my front sway bar bushings are kaput. By kaput, I mean, one of them is completely gone. Here's a pic. So where do I get a kit that includes these? the one from 4x4parts only has the bushings for the ends, and rugged rocks doesn't have a description (although it does say a "full" kit")
Kingman
Your local auto parts store can order them. I got both of mine for $8. The complete end link kits (one side, spacers, washers, tube, and bushings) are around $4. Try www.rockauto.com as well. beastpath
are the rubber ones just as good, or is it better to get polyeurethane(spelling?)?
MY1PATH
the full kit from rugged rocks its what I got(it has everthing but the bar lol). Make sure to use the icluded grease w/ the poly bushings or they will squeak. Edited May 14, 2009 by MY1PATH
MaxRX7
are the rubber ones just as good, or is it better to get polyeurethane(spelling?)? the polys are always better and will def. last longer by not deintergrating like in pic. plus they won't get mushy in due time like rubber. icemonkey
I can only agree, having changed out everything I can find to Poly - Excellent.
