The stock headlight housings aren't designed with HID bulbs in mind, so the focus point and beam distribution end up scattering light everywhere. You might check on headlight laws in your state. You might check on headlight laws in your state. i live in jamaica so we dont really have any law as pertainin to HID or what we can and cant do with the headlights.
