unccpathfinder
I guess the only beneficial thing about this is I get to say "the state of CA owes me money" The sad part is they already mandated that if you owe the state money you cannot supply them with an IOU...shouldn't this be a 2 way street.... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28448852
GrimGreg
Wow, good job running the state into the ground Arnie!
unccpathfinder
I think it was already like that before he even showed up just maybe not financially...
Precise1
^Pretty much. Like Arnie or not, it's not really his doing. Yeah, the IOU thing is a joke. I say stop paying the state legislation, etc. Start from the top down (with no back pay) and see how quick things are addressed... B
FUELER
my homie is a city employee gets paid with state funds, luckily the IOU thing does not affect him (at the moment)

They actually laid-off some Police here to try and "fix" the over budget issues. Meanwhile the stupid Mayor spends millions trying to develop a light rail system for downtown that NO ONE wants! SC88Pathy
It's not really Arnies doing, it's the State Senate not being able to agree on a budget. Arnie has actually done pretty well as the governor, I don't agree with everything he's done but for the most part he's done a good job.
