Help finding replacment floor pans

I couldn't find much in my searches of posts here, so here goes.

I have a 1990 2door and have the rust holes under the rear seats. I have been looking for places that sell the floor pans, but have been unsucessful so far. I'm sure that i could just weld in steel but due to the proximity to the seat brackets, i think it might be stronger if i use stock steel.

Any suggestions on where to find?

Any tips from personal experience?

Could you not just cut out the rusted areas and rivet the new steel plate in and seal it with silicon? Thats what I had done to the left of my brake pedal in the fender and where your feet sit while driving
