nmpath
I installed my AC lift yesterday and everything went pretty goood except I spaced aligning the struts with the strut mount. The notches on the mounts are on the opposite sides of the notches on the struts. I am going to fix this or get this fixed right away but I was wondering if this will cause any damage to my new struts in the time being. I plan on having to drive it for a few days before it can be fixed. They are KYB GR2 struts. Thanks.
XPLORx4
Uh oh, that's not a good idea. It could cause you some problems, especially on the strut bearing and the upper strut mount because of uneven spring pressure from misalignment of the top spring perch. Get it fixed right away.
