hmmm, tripped my immobilizer...

Mine is stuck on.

I unplugged the control unit under the dash (mine isn't under the drivers seat... two plugs, right? A long one and a short one with various wires)

And I plugged it back in, and it still wont start.

Did your's have key fobs? Might need one of those to reset it.

LOL, a Clifford alarm system is no more stock than my Viper. They are aftermarket alarms, however there are kits and accessories that allow them to interface with factory systems (power locks, rear hatch, etc.). The immobilizer would be another accessory.

Yes, actually, your clifford IS aftermarket, and it IS a Viper alarm. As is my Avital alarm. All made by directed electronics, and all the same thing, other than slight model variances.
